Parade Line-up: Begins at 6:30
A.M. (7960 Long Point)
Units Must Be In Place By:
9:00 A.M.
Parade Start: 10:00 A.M.
Based on the theme, Cherished Memories - Past
& Present, the Judging criteria will consider:
Originality, Creativity, Artistic Beauty, Craftsmanship,
and Special Effects.
The
panel of judges consist of independent, professional
parade and pagent organizers and judges from
outside Spring Branch and outside the Multicultural Fest organization.
The judges have no links or connections to any
participants in the parade.
Floats
must be in place by 9:00 A.M. to be considered
for awards. The final judging will be
done at undisclosed locations along the parade
route.
Float
awards will be presented for Winners
representing the Parade Theme in the following
categories:
The
Multicultural Fest
judging decisions will be considered final.
